  • Responsible for the effective execution of the Deli Market to meet or exceed business goals and quality standards, complying with regulations, increasing customer satisfaction and revenue. The Deli Market Coordinator reports to the Director of Food &Beverage and must ensure the correct implementation in this area of the policies, procedures and quality standards established by the Hotel and the Company.
  • Participates as support for the operations of the Deli Market to ensure the quality and consistency of the products and service offered in the Deli Market and achieve the total satisfaction of the expectations of the owners and guests.
  • In coordination with the HR Department, the Deli Market Coordinator should secure sufficient staff in order to provide efficient and effective operation of the Deli Market in accordance with the forecast occupancy percentage.
  • The Coordinator should ensure that the Deli Market maintain the sufficient  products and items necessary to deal with the daily demand, verifying stock levels  are in accordance with the established standards  and that all the stock is of consumable quality.
  • Participates and supports the evaluation of the personnel that works in the Deli Market who report to the Coordinator and also the Coordinator is the responsible for training and motivating to promote the development of the staff in the Deli Market and to ensure that the Deli Market has sufficient, productive and well-trained associates to contribute positively to the achievement of the established goals.
  • Participates as support to the Director of Food & Beverage in the preparation of forecasts and monthly reports that project and reflect performance indicators such as income, expenses, guest flow and acceptance of the products to detect deviations and identify opportunities to maximize profits.
