Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Tour Reception Supervisor at the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas is to lead our Sales Gallery Reception Team. This includes, but is not limited to: appropriately greeting all guests and owners as they enter the Sales Gallery, Refreshment Center and Gallery upkeep, handling incoming phone lines and accurate messages, managing Supervisor allocation and manifest tracking, gift tracking, supplies inventory management, and developing team schedules.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Gallery and refreshment areas
  • Accurately manage and properly allocate daily manifests and reports
  • Manage the distribution of all Tour Package Fulfillment premiums
  • Develop, monitor and maintain Monthly Schedule
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all business partners, leaders, vendors, administrative personnel, etc.
  • Work directly with Management to interview, hire and train all new Tour Reception associates according to defined standards and business practices
  • Support Leadership in rolling out and implementing programs, policies, procedures, etc.  Ensuring complete understanding of new programs, policies, procedures, etc.  Maintains a consistent message with Management in communication of such policies, procedures, etc.
  • Provide direct supervisory and leadership support to Tour Reception associates - fielding all questions and escalated issues

Requirements:

  • At least one year of Customer Service experience required
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills required
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures preferred
  • Inventory Management skills preferred
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
