JOB SUMMARY

Senior Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the telemarketing teams, reception and the outside and Linkage marketing teams. This is a hands-on supervisory role, dealing with other associates in conjunction with management to ensure productivity targets and KPIs are met. Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience; minimum 3 plus years of relevant timeshare experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Must speak fluently both Arabic and English with either considered a ‘first ‘language.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

Assists Management

  • Achieve or surpass budgeted marketing targets by channel/tour/leads/encore.
  • Ensure that hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
  • Coach and develop employees (e.g., create expectations for continual improvement, provide challenging tasks and assignments, hold development discussions, and construct and execute development plans).
  • Listen to hourly employees' suggestions for improving how work is done and how guests are served, gaining management support as needed to act upon suggestions.
  • Help Marketing Management with the development and operation of various local and regional marketing programs, appreciating need for consistency within company branding and advertising cost effectiveness.
  • At team marketing meetings provide input into all current areas of local and regional marketing.
  • Carry out market research before opening new programs, handing out report study to the SMM.
  • Set up marketing tracking systems and input data when required.
  • Provide supervisory support for all the marketing departments as and when required and undertake any departmental associated tasks.
  • Coordinate recruitment for all Marketing departments when required. Assist with planning recruitment needs and sourcing candidates.
  • Source and establish contacts with local suppliers and marketing partners; manage these relationships.
  • Assist with Owner Referral generation program.
  • Coordinate the Encore program.
