This Position is for Wednesday and Thursday only.

Swing schedule of second and grave yard shift. The Security Guard patrols the Resort by walking through the building and parking garage and reports any unusual occurrences in writing.  He/she checks that all utility and doors are locked and secured. Handles guest and employee issues and complaints in all departments when needed.

  • Participate in all required health and safety meeting/classes
  • Serve as Bell/Valet when needed and adhere to the duties and responsibilities of that position
  • Perform all duties listed on Security Guard checklist daily
  • Walk through Resort to check that doors are locked
  • Walk through public restrooms
  • Walk through Basement/garage- all levels
  • Walk perimeter of property
  • Check boiler temperature readings as required
  • Check property that all internal and external lights are working properly
  • Check vehicles in garage for open windows, open sunroofs and lights left on
  • Check fire extinguishers on a monthly basis and report findings as required
  • Make sure BBQ’s are turned off- propane off
  • Open and close pool area and rooftop
  • Follow proper evaluation procedures
  • Show rooms to guest when needed Assists guests and employees fill out incident reports when needed Perform any other various duties that may be assigned by the Operations Supervisor and/or General Manager


Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education required Skills required:

  • Good verbal and writing communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Detailed oriented
