Job Description


Check all reservation through all systems is Marsha, OTM, Time Share Ware, II easy and Goldmine. Identify each booking to be divided into owner type and sort of guest. Verify each booking for the latest presentation to qualify for the presentation for both PBC and MKB guests. Provide the selected gift and offer the gift selection for the Pre-Gift presentation.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 5 kgs. without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.


Report guests details and arrival to manager. Follow daily bookings and prepare information to marketing team. Acknowledge all customers and review documents accurately and completely. Coordinate with the hotel operation for owner arrival and documents. Prepare the invitation letters for all arrival guests at PBC and MKB.

The details of each booking is required for the documents are Guest name and last name, spouse name, the latest presentation, owner type, OTM number, MR number, Sale site, purchased points, purchased date, home resort and special note.Provide and Support as details below:


  • Send the weekly arrival report
  • Gather guest information when they need
  • Penetration Report
  • Tour Placement Report

Marketing Team

  • Prepare daily arrival and excel file
  • Generate guest data individually to A4 file for ME to follow up with the guest
  • Prepare the invitation letter and welcome letter
  • Prepare owner party letter
  • Check daily pop up
  • Prepare the gift for Pre-Gift
  • Support team by offering the special rate of tour activities to the guest
