Position Summary:  Manage various facets of human resources functions with emphasis on benefits administration, set up and maintenance of AOAO employee data and compliance issues.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Health and Welfare management, including but not limited to:
    • Provide company Benefits information and guidance, not limited to Medical, Dental, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), FSA, EAP, etc.
    • Monitor eligibility, notify and process enrollments accordingly
    • Handle Billings timely and accurately
    • Run applicable reports as needed
    • Administer Open Enrollment as directed
    • Able to work with co-workers, internal and external resources and customers
  • Administer Bus Pass Program, Company Parking, etc.
  • Work with appropriate contacts to monitor Leave Management and Worker’s Comp for AAH and AOAO.
  • Produce OSHA 300 & 300A for AOAO entities
  • Process employment verifications
  • Employee relations, including but not limited to:
    • Administer company’s human resources policies and procedures
    • Assist Directors of HR with employee relations investigations as needed
    • Collaborate with appropriate resources to implement directives on various projects, i.e. required reports, recognition awards program and company sponsored events
  • Develop competency with Company programs and policies, i.e., WorkDay, ADP, ADP Workforce, etc.
  • Provide back-up assistance as needed within HR department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, understand English proficiently.
  • 3 or more years’ experience in Human Resources, Benefits emphasis preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word & Excel required.
  • May involve travel and over-night stays depending on project assignment.

Position is Non-exempt and Hourly
