The Bell/Valet attendant is responsible for assisting arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, safely parking/retrieving guest and employee’s vehicles, providing general information regarding Tahoe Seasons Resort and local attractions, maintaining an even flow of guest's vehicles, luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms and providing storage for luggage in a prompt and safe manner. The Bell/Valet is responsible of maintaining the driveway and work areas clean by sweeping and doing snow removal. Candidate will assist with projects assigned as indicated below.

7. Maintain a good driving record
8. Perform all duties and adhere to all regulations stated on the Bell/Valet Procedures Checklist
9. Able to drive automatic and manual transmission
10. Greet guests and open vehicle doors for guest at all times
11. Carefully park and retrieve guest and employee vehicles
12. Maintain a presence outside Bell/Valet areas
13. Maintain order in loading/unloading zone, driveway and oversize parking areas
14. Help guests with activities equipment/supplies/amenities

15. Assist guests with loading, unloading, delivering and retrieving luggage from
16. Assist guests with bags/carriers to the rooftop
17. Answer guest’s questions as needed/provide needed information
18. Store kayaks, bikes, skis, snowboards, etc. for guest
19. Keep Valet tickets and keys organized at all times
20. Turn in tips report
21. Participate in all required health and safety meetings/classes
22. Keep entrance to the lobby area, valet area & ramps clean/swept and clear of
23. Follows emergency evacuation procedures
24. Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance department right away
25. Any other duties assigned by the Bell/Valet Lead, Bell/Valet Supervisor,
Operations Supervisor and General Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education required
2. Minimum 1 year in field experience required
3. Skills required:
• Good verbal and writing communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service
• Snowblower and snowplow experience a plus
