Jointly accountable for implementing the business strategies and hotel initiatives throughout all aspects of the Accounting Department. Receive and check against requisition all food stores and/or dry goods prior to storing them. Make direct issues and maintain records of all transitions. Maintain storeroom in accordance with the Standards & Procedures. Prepare various reports as necessary. Input receipts and issues of all food, beverage and non-food products into the purchasing system and pass invoices to AP for payment. Monitor slow moving and dead stocks as well as keeping the stock levels in accordance with operational requirements. Ensure that all deliveries and issues are documented and processed correctly. Responsible for ensuring that all areas are secure, organized and clean. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Champion the brand philosophy and ensure alignment with brand strategy amongst all staff. Foster commitment to providing unobtrusive yet personalized service 24/7. Create and sustain a work environment that embraces the company’s vision, mission and values and ensures fair and equitable treatment of all staff. Perform any other administrative task as required by the Superiors
